2. Uploading Content
To upload content, navigate to the relevant section in the app and use the upload button. You can upload images, videos, or text to monitor and share your progress.
- Tap the upload button.
- Select the type of content you want to upload (image, video, or text).
- Follow the prompts to complete your upload.
3. Managing Your Profile
You can manage your profile by going to the profile section. Here, you can update your personal information, change your password, and view your activity history.

5. Subscription and Billing
Why is my subscription managed by Apple/Google?
To give you the most secure experience, faff.fit uses your device’s official store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to handle payments.
- Your Login: (Google/Email) is used to save your practices and data so you can access them on any device.
- Your Billing: Is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Can I switch devices?
Yes! If you subscribed on an iPhone but later log in with your Google account on an Android tablet, your “Practitioner” or “Advanced” status will follow you. However, to cancel or change your billing, you must do so through the store settings where you originally purchased the plan.

- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Restart the app.
